Hi! I’m Rafael Zeledon. Here you can find my work.

My work explores the thoughts, feelings, and experiences I often struggle to express with words. I’m motivated by the need to share what’s on my mind. What I love, dislike, and how it all makes me feel.
Growing up in Nicaragua, surrounded by vibrant local art and inspired by cartoons from the early 2000s and 2010s, my artistic voice has been shaped by creators like JG Quintel, Alex Hirsch, James Baxter, and indie artists such as Sr. Pelo and Gooseworx. Their ability to tell stories authentically inspires me to do the same.
I mainly work in digital art, using Clip Studio Paint. I started drawing with just a finger and a phone, and after years of effort and support from my family, I now use a drawing tablet, something that still excites me every day. I’ve also grown to love watercolor, even though I’m still learning.
My goal is to create pieces that evoke emotion. Especially nostalgia, emptiness, or quiet reflection and to connect with others through shared feelings. I share my work online not only for engagement, but to share my likes to people who share them!
Despite challenges like limited access to art education, I remain committed to growing. I want to keep evolving my style, explore new media, and prove that art is more relevant than ever.
